Ingredients
Your favorite sugar cookie recipe (can be homemade, box, etc.)
Your favorite assorted fresh summer fruits: strawberry, kiwi, raspberries, blueberries, etc.
4 ounces cream cheese
1 scoop vanilla Mountain Ops protein powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
6 tablespoons whipped topping
Instructions
- Prepare your sugar cookie according to directions as one large cookie on a baking sheet.
- Let cool. In the meantime, slice fruit into halves, etc.
- For frosting, mix cream cheese. Mountain Ops Protein Powder, vanilla extract and whipped topping until combined.
- Let chill for 30 min.
- Spread frosting on sugar cookie and arrange fruit slices.
- Enjoy!
