Ingredients
1 1/2lb Elk or Venison
1 small onion chopped
1 can refried beans
7-8 large flour tortillas (I used 10 small)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 package taco seasoning
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar + 1 cup more
Instructions
In large skillet cook meat and onion. Drain if necessary. Stir in refried beans and mix well. Spoon meat/bean mixture onto tortilla and roll up. Place in a greased 9×13 pan.
In a bowl whisk soup, 1 cup water and taco seasoning. Pour evenly over burritos. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
Last few minutes add another cup of shredded cheese on top.
Serve with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, avocados, salsa or any favorite toppings.
