Mini Elk Meatloaf

  1. In bowl whisk egg and milk.  Stir in cheese, oats, onion and salt & pepper.  Mix.  Add elk/venison and mix well.  Shape into 8 loaves.  Place in a greased 9×13 pan.
  2. In small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar & mustard.  Mix.  Spoon a tablespoon or so over the meat loaves.  Rest of sauce can be heated and served with meal.
  3. Bake loaves uncovered at 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or meat thermometer reads 160
